Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Employee EngagementAs the person in charge of body/paint quality control, conducting activities in charge of quality inspection and improvement activities of BIW, BIP, supplier's parts, and conducting activities to identify new vehicle projects analysis of BIW and BIP to ensure its high quality and conformity to international standardsCompensation & BenefitThis position offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, competitive pay, and benefits.

Quality InspectionEstablishment of Operation Plan to ensure quality, (Field claim analysis, In-Line defects analysis, Management for supplier, Part inspection)Analysis of the cause of the BIW/BIP problem, improvement activities, and preparation and implementation of quality meetingsFacility ManagementQuality facility/equipment management, investment cost execution/ management, supplementary investment establishmentHuman resourcesFostering inspectors and personnel and hiring/arranging personnelBudget ManagementEstablishment and execution management of necessary budgetExternal TaskPreparation, consultation, and coordination of external eventsNew vehicleParticipation in new vehicle projects (preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation)Others:
Develop recruitment planning to meet the recruitment targetOversee and manage ongoing operation, monitor and evaluate staff performance.
Analyze the effectiveness of processes and quality management systems.
Conduct monitoring of vehicle faults.
Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance to reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
Plan, control and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in auditsPrepare reports and publish timelines in order to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
Make certification planning and keep track of them in order to meet the market's demands.
Generate reports on troubleshooting.
Meet all other requirements as assignedEstablish an annual operation planEstablish an annual budget plan.
Develop a training plan to improve employees' skills.

Qualifications & PreferencesMinimum:
More than 8 years of related job experience (Quality of automotive)Experience in managing more than 4 team members.
Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.
Bachelor's degree requiredPreferredMore than 5 year's mechanical experience in major automotive industry in USBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering3D scanner measurement capabilitiesCompetency Based:
