Payroll-HR-Operations Administrator


Marathon is now hiring an internal staff person to work as a Payroll/HR/Operations Administrator for our Clinton, SC office.


Responsibilities:




  • Will be processing payroll (training will be provided), Worker's Compensation, and Staffing duties.


  • Administer paperwork required for the new hire on-boarding process.


  • Interacting with employees on a daily basis.


  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.





  • Detail-oriented and well organized.


  • Must have strong computer skills in Word and Excel.


  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).


  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar discipline.


  • Manufacturing environment a plus.


  • Staffing, HR, Payroll, Timekeeping experience a plus.


  • Experience with Kronos a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
